The complex invoice registration process requires working with two systems (document repository and financial and accounting system). The process involves generating a list of invoices, searching for each invoice in the system, retrieving some data from the invoices and manually entering the necessary information into the system.


An automation of the process was prepared, in which the robot:

  • Downloads invoice data and scans in PDF format
  • Logs into the financial and accounting system
  • Enters invoice data
